Please follow these steps to cancel your service with us:
- login to your account.
- Click the Services item on the menu.
- Click the View Details button for the service that you want to cancel.
- You'll see the Submit Cancellation item in the menu, please click that and write your cancellation reason, choose when you want your service to be cancelled and then submit.
